SIGNIFICANCE OF THE HIGH HOLY DAYS

Mark Biltz is the guy who got me spun up on this topic - and I am VERY grateful for his scholarship.  All significant dates in the Mormon and Jewish histories are based on the Lord's timeline - not man's (Julian calendar).   I want to thank a bleader (new word I made up which means: blog reader) for finding this video.  This person is in my top five favorite peeps I have run into on this blue space marble.  If I could assemble my top 20 favorite peeps, I am confident there would be enough seed stock to start Zion......

Anyway, we should always look at the Lord's dealings with us, His children, through this lens.  I watched this with my wife as we put up loads of apple sauce and I could not help but be blown away by the significance of the spring festivals, the harvest, and the fall feasts.  Knowing the traditions found in norther Europe, I was able to clearly see Israel hidden there.  Truly amazing how intricately the Lord has planned things and put it all together for those who have eyes to see and ears to hear.  GOD LOVES US!!
