It will be essential to be reliant on the quiet whisperings of this member of the Godhead:
16 This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.
17 For
the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh:
and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the
things that ye would.
18 But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.
19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are
these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,
20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,
21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told
you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
24 And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.
25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.
26 Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another.
You might want to read what I have said about this subject in my last blog post, from Elder Richard G. Scott (his words in blue, my words in grey).

I have been doing this assignment and have quoted from you on a few of the blog posts that I have done, on my commentaries on some things the Apostles and Prophets have said.
To comment on current world events and the crap that is going on in the US Government, it seems purposefully tied to emotional-based approaches when it is the still small voice that matters.
Over the past few months, I have felt that I have been led to do certain things and read certain things. My most inspiration comes just before sunrise, and this morning was no exception. As I was pondering on a talk I have to give on Sunday, I came across something that I just have to share with anyone who cares to listen. Short of General Conference and reading the scriptures or ANYTHING else I have been reading and researching, this is a powerful documentary. The message of this is there is a war on the family, morality, America and on ultimately God. It is over an hour long, so get out the popcorn and really listen.
