THE STOCK MARKET IS RISING HIGH, AS IF ON STILTS

Well, its going thru the roof as promised by Koyle, before the collapse.  I look all around me at the closed businesses, etc and do not see what the hullaballoo is all about.  I cannot wait to see if the drought materializes further this summer:
