AN ANGEL TURNED BACK LEIF ERICKSON?

Since I was a little boy, I had heard the legends of Lief Erickson discovering North America before Columbus. According to this documentary, they do not know why his group left suddenly. I remember hearing that an angel with drawn flaming sword had sent him packing. It apparently was not time yet for the discovery of the Americas - and by that people. Of course, the Book of Mormon gives us the perspective and reason. Here is a nice little documentary giving some of the history of the voyages of the Erickson family. (CLICK LINK)
