Well, we all know that according to Joseph Smith, there will be a "Grand Sign" of the coming of the Son of Man. He said the people of the earth will think it to be a comet or a planet or something like that.
So far, I cannot shoot holes in this (YouTube LINK) guy's theories.... This might qualify with all the markers of the Grand Sign - and it is exactly 22 years from then until 2033 (a half hour - of silence in the heavens according to Kolob's time is 22 years).
Very cool stuff... How's that food storage coming along? I may be on vacation on the east side of the Rockies around that time. For years now, I have been expecting that a large earthquake would devastate the Rocky Mtn region associated with the Jewish calendar Day of Atonement and then another within a few weeks after our LDS General Conference in October.... This one fits the bill baby.
