I really like the work of Ron Wyatt - he didn't buy the bull-puckey that the rest of the archealogical herd was selling and went out on his own to establish the truth. The amount of disinformation out there is astounding - and he was able to use the Holy Spirit as his guide and cut through it (he was Seventh Day Adventist).
His research is well-founded in Bible passages and common sense and range from the correct location of the Ark of Noah to the Ark of the Covenant and the correct location of the crucifixion of our Lord and Savior.
