JEWISH HOLY DAYS AND THEIR CORRELATION TO OUR CALENDARS

This year may prove to be a heckuva year.  The Day of Atonement falls on my birthday this year.

    I wonder if the author is willing to put their money where their mouth is and short the stock market in September?

    I am not going to say that these cyclical events like the blood moons have no significance, but it is easy to attach meaning to them after they happen. I am sure that with everything going on in the world, it will not be too hard to pick an event to attach to the September 13, 2015 date.

    When Jesus was born there was a "new" star, not one that occurred on average 3 times every one hundred years or something. The day a night and a day with no darkness as a sign in America was not something that occurred regularly. I think the real signs of the times will be more of a singular nature, not a pattern that has occurred numerous times in the past.

      REALLY? What you THINK and what the GOD/scriptures/prophets PROPHESY to occur are definitely two different things.

      You failed to mention the circumstances that accompanied the 3 days of darkness in Nephite/America.........Devastating destruction by God and the appearance of the Savior. Sure easy to attach meaning to those dates now wouldn't it be?

      Hard to write history when you're living it and we won't understand who the players are and what the signs/warnings were about until they occur.

      Oh and you should apologize and repent for suggesting a follower of God and watcher for the signs invest in the stock market as a way to show their faith in the warnings of God. SHAME ON YOU!!

      Korihor's fate awaits you should you persist in such an attitude and path.
