I was watching Tecumseh tonight, and saw the burial of Tecumseh's father. He was Shawnee; a mound building culture. I wanted to compare their customs to those of the Hebrews. They are similar:

When comparing cultures, things like coming of age, birthing and burial customs will be similar.
Triggers intense feelings of loss and mourning. Seeing the casket covered would help....
